Yes, CBA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing young athletes
in our community.
The Clarington Baseball Association has a strong, 30-year history in our
community.
Registration for our House League Program opens early January and closes on March 31st.

Registration for Tryouts for the Elite, Rep and Select programs open early August

For House League
Prior to April 1st - Refunds will be granted, less a $10 administration fee

Prior to May 1st - Refunds will be granted, less a $35 administration fee

May 1st and after - Refunds will not be granted


No, at this time we cannot accept cash payment.  Through online registration, payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard.  For special circumstances, we can accept e-transfers for payment.  Arrangements would need to be made with the Treasurer and Registrar for payment and completion of the registration form.
Yes, please state this on your registration form.
A player can play up one division with the permission of the division director(s). A player can play down only in special circumstances (developmentally at a younger age) with permission of the division director(s). 
Register you child for the correct division they are to play in based on their age.  If you want your player to play up or down a level, please email the director(s) responsible for the division that they should be playing in and the one you wish them to play in; as well cc the house league registrar.  If the directors approve, the HL Registrar will move the registration to the new division, and connect with you to make payments for the adjusted fee.

All our coaches undergo annual training and third-party sessions, including the
Best Ever Coaches Clinic presented by the Ontario Baseball Association. A
committee selects them based on their development approach and experience.
The average annual fee for a Rep team is approximately $1,500.
Rep seasons typically consist of around 40 games and 40 practices.
Our off-season development programs begin as early as January 3rd each year.
We field teams Rep teams within a single age group and our Select teams
consist of two back-to-back birth years. The average roster size of 12 at the rep
and select level means more playing time for better competition and player
development.
Our teams play in the Eastern Ontario Baseball Association (EOBA) loop, which
includes Kingston, Quinte, Northumberland, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering,
Uxbridge, Peterborough, and Kawartha. Our Elite teams compete in the Elite
Baseball League of Ontario (EBLO).
We offer teams at various levels, including Elite, AAA, AA, A, Select and House
League.
Eastern Ontario baseball is governed by the Ontario Baseball Association, which
is under the authority of Baseball Canada.
Yes, each team can decide which tournaments to enter, including the option to
participate in tournaments in the USA.
We play in a local travel loop, keeping most games within an hour from home.
CBA teams have access to both indoor and outdoor training facilities.
There is no mandated international travel within our organization.
We aim to roster Rep and Select teams from 8U to 15U and partner with the
Kendal Eagles for older players from 16U to 18U. We also field Elite teams at
15U, 16U and 18U. 
Our House League program starts at 3U and goes up to 18U
Yes, our teams can participate in and qualify for provincial championships.
Tryouts for our Rep and Select programs start after Labour Day weekend.
