Police Checks: The CBA requires all coaching staff (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Co-Managers) to have a valid police check with vulnerable sector check on file with the CBA. A ‘Valid’ check is one that was issued on or after October 15th, to be valid for the upcoming season and the following season (with a declaration). Police checks can be requested by using the online application found at the link below.
What you need: Print the CBA letter below, fill in your name and date, and bring with you to the station (this identifies you as a CBA volunteer). You will also need to bring your photo identification.

DRPS police record check: Durham police offer online services for coaches to get their police record check. It will need to be forwarded to the CBA Registrar using the link below to upload.
