Temperatures are on the Rise
With rising temperatures, it’s important to keep our players safe on the field.

➡️ Make sure players arrive with cold water and sunscreen
➡️ Coaches: take frequent water breaks and rotate players often
🚨 Watch for signs of heat illness:
Dizziness, nausea, cramps, vomiting, or rapid heartbeat.
Call 911 immediately if signs of heat stroke appear (throbbing headache, vomiting, rapid strong pulse).
 Let’s stay safe and enjoy the game!
