Age: 3 year-olds (born in 2021 for the 2024 playing season)
Season: late May to early July; (in the event of rain or other issues, season may be extended to end of July or early August)
Game frequency: 6 game season followed by award night
Game Nights: Tuesday (subject to change)
Game Length: 1 hour
What players need: water bottle, sneakers, hat. Optional: baseball glove
What the CBA provides: T-shirt for each player, team equipment (base, T, balls, bat), individual and team photos, award night/awards at end of season
Blastball is a great way to introduce children to baseball using a modified game approach. Players use a ‘T’ to hit from, a foam bat and soft ball, and a special base that ‘toots’ when you step on it!
Players and their parents learn the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and safe environment. We are looking for parent volunteers for coaching this amazing group of kids! Please let us know your interest when registering your player for the season.
Blastball generates fast-paced action and emphasizing exercise and fun. Games are not scored.
