Welcome to Clarington Baseball Association (CBA) home of the Clarington Orioles

COVID-19 Update – May 25, 2020

Hello baseball families,

We hope that you’re all healthy and safe at home, and maybe playing catch and keeping as active as you can (we have some instructional videos on our website, https://claringtonbaseball.ca/links/) if you’d like some inspiration.
Today Baseball Ontario announced that it will extend its suspension of in-person baseball activities until June 15, 2020.
We understand that you have questions about the upcoming season, but, like you, we’re waiting to see what the next few weeks bring before we make any decisions.
As soon as we get the green light to get back on the field, we’ll be ready with safety measures in place to keep our players and their families as safe as we can.
We know that being an Oriole is about more than playing the game. It’s about families coming together at the diamond, watching the players grow, and enjoying each other’s company. It’s an important part of the summer. It’s an important part of your children’s youth. It’s an important part of our community.
Once again, when it’s time to play, we’ll be ready.
As shared before, in the event there isn’t a season all players will receive a full refund of their league fees. But, we remain hopeful that won’t be the case.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We’ll see you soon!
Thank you for your patience,
Julie VanHartingsveldt
